Mifsuds Photographic Ltd may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order in case any procedures have changes since your last shop with us.
FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TO THE CARD REGISTERED ADDRESS.
Mifsuds Photographic Ltd aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday within a 48 hour period (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays), this is subject to stock availability. If items are out of stock or delivery will be delayed, Mifsuds will contact you as soon as possible with options available. For online orders, Mifsuds will send you an e-mail to advise when dispatched. This also serves as an acceptance of your order.
Your order it will likely be sent by our couriers DPD Local or by our supplier couriers if coming straight from the manufacturer. If we are supplied with a mobile phone number we can supply this to the courier and they will keep you up to date with your parcels location and text you with your delivery time slot. Most orders are dispatched on a Next Working Day delivery where available. However for some locations or goods we do prefer to use Royal Mail.
You must inform us within two working days via email to [email protected].com, if good are missing or have been damaged in transit. Also if you are yet to receive your goods and are 2 days past the expected delivery date, Please allow up to 7 days for Royal Mail. We can then take appropriate action against the delivery company and correct the problem where necessary. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received by yourselves.
All New Stock item prices are shown in £ Sterling and include VAT @ 20% where applicable. There is No reclaimable VAT on Used stock purchased. We are happy to do a VAT free sale for those eligible in the Channel Islands.
WEBSITE PRICES AND TEXT ERRORS
All Prices on this website are believed to be correct when uploaded, however mistakes do happen and for this reason Errors & Omissions are excluded. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on the Web Site, Mifsuds Photographic Ltd reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. In such a circumstance, you will be notified, and given the choice to proceed with the order at the correct price. Availability of a product is not guaranteed.
All pictures used on the site are for illustration purposes only, whilst every care is taken to provide the best images of a product, the picture used may not be a picture of that specific product and manufacturers’ specifications are subject to change without warning.
Cancellation Rights and Returns
All new goods Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under The Supply of Goods and Services Act and Distance Selling Regulations, Mifsuds Photographic does not sell products on a trial basis.
Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 10 days following the day you receive the goods. The regulations require the customer to contact us in writing to notify us of the intent to cancel / return the order. Item returned must be in original packaging and contents must not have been used and still sealed where appropriate. Also original proof of purchase must be returned, along with any free gifts supplied. Goods returned that do not meet the above are subject to a handling & restocking fee. This will be a minimum of £10 and maximum of 10%, subject to examination. We do not refund carriage costs. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered, you are responsible for returning the goods to Mifsuds Photographic Ltd, at your own expense. All our used stock purchased via our Online Shop or Mail Order ONLY is covered by our 10 day approval period. So if you are not happy then just return in ‘as received’ condition with the original receipt and covering letter as to why it is coming back and we will be happy to refund. Postage costs will not be refunded. Where postage has been included the postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive faulty or incorrectly describe goods please contact via Email to [email protected] with your order reference number, name, contact details and description of the fault. One of our team will then get back to you with the options available. If the goods are found to be faulty or not as described then we will refund your shipping costs up to the value we advise by email.

You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected.
All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in the course of placing your order to conduct any appropriate fraud checks.
As part of these checks, personal information that you have provided may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Mifsuds take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the event of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Web Site.
Most Used goods costing over £100 come with a 3 month warranty (excluding eBay sales).
New goods are covered by Manufacturer warranty. Some manufacturers do require customer to register their product to benefit from additional warranty.
