FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TO THE CARD REGISTERED ADDRESS.

 

Delivery & Dispatch Times

 

Mifsuds Photographic Ltd aims to dispatch orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday within a 48 hour period (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays), this is subject to stock availability.

 

If items are out of stock or delivery is delayed, Mifsuds will contact you as soon as possible with options available.

 

For online orders, Mifsuds will send you an e-mail to advise when your order has been dispatched. This also serves as an acceptance of your order.

 

We like to use DPD as our default courier service so that we can provide a safe and secure delivery. However for some locations or goods we do prefer to use Royal Mail. If orders are coming straight from the manufacturer then a different service may be used.

 

Mobile numbers supplied with your order will be passed onto the courier so that you can be provided with information and a delivery time slot.

 

Most orders are dispatched the next working day where available. However for some locations or goods we do prefer to use Royal Mail.

 

 

Postage & Packaging Costs

 

Most orders to the UK mainland are covered by P&P and are included in the advertised price. However Postage to Scottish Highlands and Non-UK Mainland may incur additional charges.

 

If additional charges are applicable then you will be advised. This amendment is due to the value, weight, and size of the order.

 

We are happy to supply goods to Europe. Please email your order and destination to info@mifsuds.com for prices and availability.

 

 

 

Lost and damaged goods

 

Should you not receive an item by it’s expected date or it has become damaged during transit then you must inform us within two working days via email. Please email us at: info@mifsuds.com.

 

If your order was sent via Royal Mail and it has not been received then please allow up to 7 days before contacting us.

 

When contacting us please provide the following:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Contact details
  • If damaged, attached images of damage location and packaging.

 

Once we have your email – We will contact the delivery company to get an update and to resolve the issue.

 

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received by yourselves.
