All our used stock purchased via Mail Order Only is covered by our 10 day approval period. So if you are not happy then just return in 'as received' condition with the original receipt and covering letter as to why it is coming back and we will be happy to refund. Postage costs will not be refunded. Where postage has been included thie postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
All new goods Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under The Supply of Goods and Services Act and Distance Selling Regulations, Mifsuds Photographic does not sell products on a trial basis.
Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 10 days following the day you receive the goods. The regulations require the customer to contact us in writing to notify us of the intent to cancel/return the order.
We cannot accept returns/cancellations if we have not been notified in writing before this period has lapsed. Email is an acceptable way to notify us and we will confirm that we have received such communication.
If an order is cancelled within this cooling off period but has already been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Mifsuds Photographic Ltd at your own risk and cost. We strongly recommend goods are insured for their full value. We would expect the goods to be returned to us before we process the refund. We do not refund carriage costs. We also expect goods to be returned in unopened, pristine condition with the original packaging and contents. Product must not have been used, software installed, still sealed, Also original proof of purchase must be returned, along with any free gifts supplied. Goods returned that do not meet the above are subject to a handling & restocking fee. This will be a minimum of £10 and maximum of 10%, subject to examination. Refunds for returned goods are usually done within 48 hours of goods arriving, however may take several days to appear back on your account.
