  • Do your Prices include VAT?
    Yes. All our new prices include VAT at 17.5%. VAT cannot be reclaimed when you buy second-hand items.
  • Do you deal in Grey Imports?
    NO. We only deal in UK stock from UK suppliers. This means they will have UK warranties and be eligible for any promotions the suppliers are doing.
  • Do you take Part Exchange?
    Yes. We are happy to take in your equipment as a Part Exchange, Buy In or Commission Sale. For more information on the value of your equipment please email your list to info@mifsuds.com and don't forget to put condition and any other information. We do also offer a courier collection service (postcode dependent) which costs up to £30 fully insured. For smaller parcels this is more expensive than sending the item in yourself but is ideal for those bulky parcels.
  • Do you price match?
    We do aim to be very competitive against other UK retailers with UK stock. However if we are out on price please do Contact Us and we will see what we can do. Please do have the other retailer's prices and availability of the item ready to quote.
  • Will you take off the VAT if I live in the Channel Islands?
    Yes. We are happy to do a VAT free sale for those eligible in the Channel Islands.
  • Will you delivery to another address that is not my Card registered address?
    Unfortunately due to the increase in fraudulent transactions we will only send to the card registered address.
  • Do you ship outside the UK?
    Yes. We will send to Ireland and P&P would be no more than £30 depending on the weight and value of your parcel. We also are happy to post within most of Europe. Postage to these areas is higher and we will only deal with these customers by email to so there is no confusion or mix ups. For more information on P&P in your area please Conatct Us what you would like to order and your location. We can then get back to you with P&P costs and availability.
  • How do I know your Used items are accurately described & working?
    We do aim to describe our items accurately and for a rough idea of our descriptions CLICK HERE. We also thoroughly test all used equipment when it comes in and again before we dispatch to you. Most of our used stock has a 3 month warranty and comes with a 10 day approval period so if you are not happy then just send it back with the original receipt and covering letter as to why it is coming back.   • When will my order be delivered?
    Orders placed before the cut off time will be dispatched same day for a next working day delivery where applicable. Depending on the packed weight and value of your order it will either be sent by Royal Mail or our couriers Interlink Express. If you do require your tracking number please email us at info@mifsuds.com with your name, order reference number & delivery address.
  • Do you have a Wanted list?
    Yes. If you are after any used items that we don't have we are happy to take you name, contact phone number and email address and advise you without obligation if something comes in.
  • Do you do Repairs?
    Unfortunately we don't do any repairs in house but do have a list of repairers we can recommend to you. If your faulty item is under a manufacturer's warranty and was purchased from us we will happily send it away for you or for a quicker turn around and better communication it is best to send yourself but we can provide you with the correct address to send your item to.
  • Do you do Sensor Cleaning?
    Yes. We do offer an in house sensor cleaning service by one of our technical staff members. This is done Monday - Friday by appointment only and can cost between £30-60 depending on camera type and how dirty the sensor is. To book your appointment please Contact Us.
  • Where did the Company Name come from?
    Mifsud is a common Maltese surname. The family originated from Malta and came over to Brixham, Devon to start the business up in 1954 and to this day is still family run. Since the business started we have become specialists in photographic goods and are a Canon Pro Stockist, Nikon UK Professional Dealer & Sigma Professional Stockist. We aim to provide our customers with quality equipment and a service to match whether you visit our shop, phone, email or write to us.
