| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. You can Buy most New Products Online or you can buy all Products via our Mail Order Service. Either Call or Email us. (Orders placed online at weekends may not be acknowledged until Monday). |
| Postage & Packaging FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS WE CAN ONLY DELIVER TO THE CARD REGISTERED ADDRESS. Shipping Charges for New Products ordered ONLINE and shipped to UK Mainland will be no more than £5.99. Products ordered before the cut off times will be dispatched same day for a next working day delivery (where applicable) Cut off times are, Online Orders up to 12:00, Mail Order up to 14:00) UK P&P costs do vary depending on the weight and value of the items but are normally around £10. To encourage customers to use the Online Shop for new products, we do offer a discount on P&P and will be no more than £5.99 to the UK Mainland. Delivery Prices to Non UK Mainland & Ireland (North or South) will be no more than £30 but we will advise if the charge is to be changed. Alternatively please feel free to check before you buy. For orders outside of the UK & Ireland please email info@mifsuds.com Depending on the weight of your parcel it will be sent by one of the methods below. | Returns Policy All our new stock is covered by a minimum 12 month UK warranty. WE DO NOT DEAL IN GREY IMPORTS! All our used stock is covered by our 10 day approval period (Mail Order Customers Only) and normally a 3 month warranty. Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under The Supply of Goods and Services Act and Distance Selling Regulations, Mifsuds Photographic does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering. You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods. The regulations require the customer to contact us in writing to notify us of the intent to cancel/return the order. We cannot accept returns/cancellations if we have not been notified in writing before this period has lapsed. E-mail is an acceptable way to notify us and we will confirm that we have received such communication. If an order is cancelled within this cooling off period but has already been despatched, we would expect the goods to be returned to us before we processed the refund. We do not refund carriage costs. We also expect goods to be returned in unopened, pristine condition with the original packaging and contents. Also original proof of purchase must be returned. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Mifsuds at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. |
