|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped, unless we have contacted you to say otherwise. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All Prices on this website are believed to be correct when uploaded, however mistakes do happen and for this reason Errors & Omissions are excluded. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on the Web Site, Mifsuds Photographic Ltd reserves the right to not fulfill the order at that price. In such a circumstance, you will be notified, and given the choice to proceed with the order at the correct price.
|Shipping And Handling FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TO THE CARD REGISTERED ADDRESS. Products ordered before 14:00 will be dispatched same day for a next working day delivery (where applicable) UK P&P costs do vary depending on the weight and value of the items but the average cost is about £10.00.|
Although larger items of weight or value could be up to £30 to cover insurance costs. For orders outside of the UK but within Europe, Please email email@example.com for postage cost.
Most parcels are sent via Interlink Express Couriers, although on occasions we do use Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you would prefer Royal Mail Special Delivery please select this for the dispatch method when placing your order.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

New stock is covered by the manufacturers warranty.
All our used stock purchased via Mail Order Only is covered by our 10 day approval period and most used stock costing over £50 has a 3 Month Warranty. So if you are not happy then just return in 'as received' condition with the original receipt and covering letter as to why it is coming back and we will be happy to refund. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods. The regulations require the customer to contact us in writing to notify us of the intent to cancel/return the order.
We cannot accept returns/cancellations if we have not been notified in writing before this period has lapsed. Email is an acceptable way to notify us and we will confirm that we have received such communication.
If an order is cancelled within this cooling off period but has already been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Mifsuds Photographic Ltd at your own risk and cost. We strongly recommend goods are insured for their full value. We would expect the goods to be returned to us before we process the refund. We do not refund carriage costs. We also expect goods to be returned in unopened, pristine condition with the original packaging and contents. Product must not have been used, software installed, still sealed, Also original proof of purchase must be returned, along with any free gifts supplied. Goods returned that do not meet the above are subject to a handling & restocking fee. This will be a minimum of £10 and maximum of 10%, subject to examination. If you receive faulty of incorrectly describe goods please contact via Email to email@example.com with your order reference number, name, contact details and description of the fault. One of our team will then get back to you with the options available.
It is Mifsuds company policy to have all complaints in writing to avoid any confusion.
